| Info: Chinese Baptist Church of Richmond constituted on December 20, 1981. As the church grew, the congregation built off of Hull Street near Chippenham Parkway in Richmond's Southside. The church reached people across the area, and leaders saw the need for another church in the West End. ???????????1981?12?20?,?????????,??????????Chippenham Parkway ?Hull Street?????????????????????,???????????????????? In January 2000, those leaders planted Grace Chinese Baptist Church as a satellite. Gayton Baptist Church (Richmond Association) generously shared its facilities and program with Grace Chinese Baptist Church. The new congregation grew and, in May of 2004, Grace Chinese Baptist Church constituted as an autonomous church. 2000?1?,?????????????????????Gayton???(??????)???????????????????????,2004?5?,????????????????????? Like its parent congregation, Grace Chinese Baptist Church wanted a relationship with the larger Baptist family. They have affiliated with the Baptist General Association of Virginia and with the Southern Baptist Convention. Also like its parent, Grace Chinese sought a relationship with that more local Baptist family of congregations.
